Delete Your Word Spindles Account

In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your Word Spindles account directly in the app from:
Menu → Legal → Delete Account
This is the fastest way to permanently remove your account and associated game data.
Manual Deletion Request
If you cannot access the app and need to request deletion manually, please contact:
Please include:
- Your Player ID (shown next to the Delete Account button in Menu → Legal)
- Your Google Play Games username (if your account is linked)
- Any additional details that may help us identify your account
We may contact you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will remove:
- Your authentication/account record
- Your cloud save and game progress, including your coins and your Sanctuary rooms, items and layouts
- Associated stored gameplay data linked to your account
In-app deletion also resets the analytics identifier on your device, so later play is not linked to your old account.
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Unused hints and coins are lost, including any bought with real money, along with Sanctuary rooms and items you have unlocked or bought. These cannot be refunded or restored. Remove Ads stays with your Google Play account and can be restored from Menu → Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Purchase records are held by Google Play under its own policies.
- Analytics event data (not linked to your name or email) is deleted automatically after 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained.
- Certain data may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Manual deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.
